D’Amato Builders + Advisors is currently Owner’s Representative for the renovation and new construction designed to reduce density and upgrade more than 300 affordable housing units. The project consisted of units over 63 buildings built from 1948-1952. It is funded through CHFA using both Section 3 Home funds and State of CT Tax credits. D’Amato served as the pre-construction contractor, and is currently overseeing construction of the $45,000,000 project.
