This project involved 66 units of renovation and new construction of affordable housing units, funded through CHFA, Section 3 Home funds and tax credits. The existing property consists of 99 units in 14 buildings; 8 buildings will be fully gutted and rebuilt, six buildings will be completely demolished and rebuilt as handicap accessible units. D’Amato will act as Construction Management for this $12,100,000 project.
